I’m passionate about making sure that Pilates can be suitable for all.
We are all individuals and not all moves are suitable for everyone. I like to encourage that you work to a level that is suitable for you, adapted for you, so that you can achieve the most out of your practice and so that you feel the benefits. I do not encourage you to work through pain!
There are so may free videos out there. It is just so overwhelming, and how do you make sure you don’t do yourself an injury? I’d like to share with you my top-tips to beginning your best Pilates journey. I set up Intensys Life with the aim of helping others, to share the amazing qualities of how Pilates can reduce those pains, to help you with living your life…just the way it helped me too.
