Introduction
Established in 2017, Intensys Life is a sole trader business, founded for the purpose of providing Pilates sessions on either a group or 1:1 basis. A session may be provided in a variety of media: in-person, on-line live or recorded content.
As a a participant* attending any session* or accessing content* provided by Intensys Life or Tanya Davies of Intensys Life, you will be asked to agree to the ‘Participant Agreement and Terms and Conditions’ and you will be made aware of the customer privacy notice below.

Intensys Life or Tanya Davies of Intensys Life shall process personal data to fulfil its function and obligations for in-person and on-line participants. We are committed to maintaining confidentiality, integrity and security of personal data, complying with legal and insurance obligations.

How long we keep information
We only keep personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet our legal obligations, in accordance with the principles set out in the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
Client contact and booking details
We retain your contact details and booking information for the duration that you are an active client. When you cease to be a client, these records will be deleted within a reasonable period, unless we are required to retain them for administrative, legal, or insurance purposes.
Health information (including health questionnaires)
Health information is collected to ensure that classes are safe and appropriate for you. These records are reviewed on a regular basis and will not be kept longer than necessary. Outdated or no longer relevant health information will be securely deleted or destroyed within a reasonable timeframe after you stop attending classes, taking into account our legal and insurance obligations.
Financial records
Online (website) payments are processed through third-party providers, and we do not store your financial details.
For class payments made by bank transfer, clients arrange payments directly through their own banking provider. We do not collect or store your banking details. We may retain a basic record that a payment has been made for administrative purposes, but this does not include sensitive financial information.
Photos and videos (marketing purposes)
Photos and videos may be taken and used for marketing purposes, including on our website, social media, and promotional materials. These may be retained and used on an ongoing basis unless you request that they are removed. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, and we will stop using your images in future materials upon request.
Data review and deletion
We regularly review the personal data we hold and securely delete or anonymise information that is no longer required. Data is disposed of securely, whether held electronically or in paper form.
This retention schedule is designed to ensure that personal data is not kept longer than necessary, while allowing us to meet our responsibilities for safety, legal compliance, and business administration.

Online payment processing information is stored and managed by Stripe or GoCardless.
On-line person information is securely stored and managed by the web-management content systems from WordPress and the plugin membership content manager provided by Memberpress.
Videos on the intensyslife.com website are stored and shared via Vimeo
Newsletter information was previously provided by email via marketing platform MailChimp. News and updates are now provided via a WhatsApp group.

content can include, but not limited to: presentations, workshops, pre-recorded video, live video, courses, programmes, routines, information shared, emails, text, social media content
