In my beginners course, you’ll build your skills and confidence to continue forward in the right direction. You will be supported every step of the way, guided by myself every, feeling safe and secure that you can find a way to move that supports your body.

Hello, I’m Tanya, the founder of Intensys Life and I have developed my Pilates beginners courses to give you the best possible start to your practice.

You can choose to follow my awesome ON-LINE course, packed full of useful guidance, helpful hints and clear direction.

Or, if you are local then you might prefer the more traditional face-to-face course experience, where you can attend one of my small group courses.

Which ever way you choose, you’ll have the best possible start to your movement practice…happy in the knowledge that you can move forward to enjoying life with reduced aches and pains.

Upon completion of your course, you could choose join me in one my face-to-face classes in Leicestershire, or if your diary is unpredictable, then maybe you’d like to access hundreds of videos from the comfort of your own home with my on-demand membership site, accessible from anywhere and available 24/7.

ON-LINE : Pilates Beginners Course

A thorough on-line course, providing you with step-by-step guidance for you to begin your Pilates journey.

You’ll learn the foundations of Pilates, providing you with the confidence and skills to continue your Pilates practice…. whether that be on-line, or in a community class face to face.

 The instructor, Tanya, shall support you every step of the way, enabling you to learn the foundations of Pilates with confidence, whilst also providing you with the skills that will underpin your Pilates practice going forward.  Whether that be on-line, or in a community class face to face.

In your ON-LINE Pilates Beginners course, you will receive:

  • Six superbly detailed videos
    Each class is a minimum of 40 minutes long, providing:
    • clear guidance throughout
    • alternative move options
    • incremental steps to build on your learnings from previous sessions
  • a 30 minute consultation with Tanya post completion of your course, available by phone or video.

Face to Face : Accelerated Pilates Beginners Course (Leicestershire)

A super speedy course, designed for quick value add results. 

With this course and video combo, you’ll learn the foundations of Pilates, providing you with the confidence and skills to continue your Pilates practice…. whether that be on-line, or in a community class face to face.

The instructor, Tanya, will make sure that you will have had the chance to practice all of the fundamentals, and also provide you with 6 videos to further your skills at home. 

In your Face to Face Accelerated Pilates Beginners course, you will receive:

  • Three face-to-face classes
    (typically in consecutive weeks)
    Classes will be typically be 50-60 minutes long and held in a local community hall / room.
  • Six superbly detailed videos
    Each class is a minimum of 40 minutes long, providing:
    • clear guidance throughout
    • alternative move options
    • incremental steps to build on your learnings from previous sessions
  • a 30 minute consultation with Tanya post completion of your course, available by phone or video.

Face to Face : Comprehensive Pilates Beginners Course (Leicestershire)

An extensive, content packed course.

In this thorough face-to-face course, your sessions will provide you with a fully comprehensive learnings and experience package, progressing you each step of the way. Starting at the beginning… with an awareness of your posture, your breath and your deep stabilising muscles, you’ll grow each week, building and developing your understanding of your Pilates practice.

At the end of the course, you’ll feel confident in how to apply the principles of Pilates into every aspect of your practice going forward. You’ll also come away, happy and fulfilled in the knowledge of how far you have progressed during the course. 

The instructor, Tanya, shall support you every step of the way, enabling you to learn the foundations of Pilates with confidence, whilst also providing you with the skills that will underpin your Pilates practice going forward.  Whether that be on-line, or in a community class face to face.

In your Face to Face Comprehensive Pilates Beginners course, you will receive:
