Julie and I have been attending a weekly Pilates class with Tanya for over a year now.
I knew that Julie would embrace and enjoy the class but I was much more sceptical about my own enthusiasm! We are both in our early 50’s and whilst Julie is active and fit I sit at a desk for 10+ hours a day and haven’t been involved in any sport for several years.
I have to say that Tanya’s class has been a revelation to me – I enjoy it and even look forward to it. Her manner and way of explaining things are really helpful and informative. I feel so much better after each class and haven’t been back to my osteopath for 14 months.
Anybody that is half thinking about Pilates should definitely try it – because it works!
